Directions

Most satnav's will take you very close by or certainly to Ruthernbridge, but from Wadebridge we would advise going towards Burlawn, turning left towards Withiel, past Hustyns Health Club & Resort on your left and continue on this road which is signposted towards Ruthernbridge. Approximately 200 yards before Ruthernbridge on your left is a telegraph pole with some yellow and black tape and this is the driveway. Continue up the driveway until the road forks to the left where you will see a Cole Rayment & White For Sale sign indicating the entrance to Penrose Cottage.

 

From the Bodmin direction, take the road to Ruthernbridge, go across the bridge and after approximately 200 yards you will see the driveway on your right with the telegraph pole with yellow and black tape. Take this turning until the road forks to the left, take the left hand fork highlighted by the Cole Rayment & White For Sale sign to Penrose Cottage.
